Spent 3 weeks here for work and can honestly say it was one of the loveliest places I've stayed in my travels. the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Room was spotlessly cleaned daily with fresh flowers and purified water provided. Breakfasts were delicious with a wonderful selection of fresh fruit, baked goods, eggs made to order, and freshly brewed coffee and tea. Great location and outdoor spaces provided the perfect little sanctuary.
On some mornings, it could get noisy if tourists were up early for volcano hikes or such, but it didn't happen often and wasn't the hotel's fault. No other major complaints at all.

The location of the hotel was okay, close to the center and within walking distance to popular attractions. it was not-so-great being so close to a river of flowing lava, as it created a constant sense of danger and unease. the proximity to the hospital was not ideal, as the noise from ambulances and helicopters disturbed my sleep.
One negative aspect of the hotel was the lack of comfortable seating areas on the top patio. It would have been nice to have more options to relax and enjoy the afternoon.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. the value for money was incredible. For such affordable prices, I received a level of service and attention to detail that was truly impressive. The location of this hotel was also perfect, as it was situated close to the city center, giving me easy access to all the attractions and amenities. Additionally, the staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome and at home throughout my stay. The basic amenities were all provided, and the rooms on the main level were spacious and comfortable, with a HUGE bathroom. And let's not forget about the breakfast - it was simply delightful, with a selection of fresh fruit juices that added a refreshing touch to my mornings.
All was perfect and exceeded my expectations.

This charming B&B made us feel right at home with its cozy atmosphere and friendly staff. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options, including eggs cooked to order. The location was also ideal, with easy access to nearby restaurants and tourist attractions.
The noise level in the morning could be a bit disruptive for light sleepers, especially if facing the front courtyard. the rooms were on the smaller side and lacked some modern amenities.
